Scott, we've talked since you finished your venture. I know the wonderful news of your coming marriage and parenthood. What an honor to pay homage to the passing of your Mom and to be expecting a new life at the same time.

I just read your last blog with tears in my own eyes. This happenned often enough reading your blogs throughout the ride. I am so happy for you. These are such wonderful feelings and thoughts for you to keep for your lifetime.
Love, Harold

Thank you so much, Scott. By reading your blog I just spent several precious moments in a tree lined tunnel in Missouri...and that's SO MUCH nicer than thinking about my cancer. Hugs from New York City.

Scott,
I am in awe of you and all your accomplishments! I'm reading your story and can feel the wind and smell the pizza. So much of what you are experiencing and sharing has brought me to tears. You are the most amazing person I know! I am so proud to call you my dear friend and so envious at your awareness of who you are and what your capabable of. Stanislasky said an artist must"know oneself" and I believe that life experiences like this one teaches us about who we really are. Thank you for being so open and sharing yourself with the world. I miss you dearly.
All my love,
Sarah

Scott, It won't be long until you get to Illinois, sounds like the trip has been very eventful and quite an experience. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Life is best lived by being bold and daring. People tend to grow fearful when they taste failure, face a daunting challenge or fall ill. Yet that is precisely the time to become even bolder. Those who are victors at heart are the greatest of all champions.
